How to Register

Tamworth Regional Council - Dolly Partons Imagination Library

Who is eligible to join?

All babies born from 2019 onwards and are currently living in Tamworth LGA are eligible to access the program.

Do I have to pay?

No, thanks to Tamworth Council and Tamworth Regional Libraries, United Way Australia and various sponsors the Imagination Library is FREE.

How do I sign my child up?

Online registration is coming soon - in the meantime simply bring your baby's Blue Book to your local Tamworth Regional Council Library to verify their date of birth, and ask to complete a form. You can register for a library card at the same time. If you move home your book will continue to arrive if you have a redirection in place, until you contact us to update it.

When will I receive my first book?

You will receive a free book upon registration. Your next book will arrive in the mail 6-8 weeks later due to the ordering, packaging, and postage required for the program.

What do I do after sign up?

Enjoy reading with your child every day, and have fun using the monthly reading resources that come with each book as well as exploring your local library.
