Our friendly Justices of the Peace (JPs) volunteers are available at the Tamworth Library! The primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.

Please note that a JP cannot assist you in writing a statutory declaration or affidavit, nor can they provide you with legal advice.
