Community Hub @ The Library

Every Tuesday from 11am Tamworth City Library hosts local service providers and free events to help our local community - from hearing checks to help with paperwork, justice of the peace services, free lunches, movies and more. See below for details and a calendar of services on offer. We are always happy for service providers to contact us and see how we can work together in the library to help the community - just contact us on 6767 5228 and ask for the Community Hub Library Staff.

Midday Movies and Lunch - TFSS

Enjoy a free lunch and a movie at the Library in great company - everybody is welcome! Food service starts Tuesdays at 12pm with a main meal item with salads, rice, bread rolls, tea, coffee and orange juice - followed by a dessert. The movie begins shortly after food is served - find us in the main library area by the big TV.
The Midday Movie lunch is made possible by staffing and funding from Tamworth Family Support Service.

Justices of the Peace
Tuesdays, 10am-12pm
Our friendly Justices of the Peace (JPs) volunteers are available at the Community Hub! The primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.
Please note that a JP cannot assist you in writing a statutory declaration or affidavit, nor can they provide you with legal advice.
